okay location, several issues
unhelpful staff non-working air conditioning
the location was close to the train station.
the staff was unhelpful when I asked about local reservations. also, the air conditioning did not work, and it got very warm. they only provided a fan, but that did not solve the problem.

i found everything convenient, beginning with the lobby that provided complimentary samples of facial cleansers and moisturizers. the onsen facility offered a relaxing experience after a day of exploring. the staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any questions or requests i had..
the air conditioning system felt a little too drying in the room.

The staff was very polite and helpful with luggage forwarding. They provided clear instructions and assistance throughout the process. they efficiently scanned the qr code, entered my next hotel details, and managed the payment for sending my suitcases to another location.

My double room was quite spacious, accommodating all four of my suitcases and extra bags comfortably. This aspect really stood out. i particularly appreciated the well stocked vending machines located on various floors, easy to get a quick refreshment.

this hotel is convenient because of its proximity to transport links including buses, shinkansen, and the subway. there is a 7/11 and a lawson convenience store just a minute away and i also saw an avanti shopping mall nearby, convenient for any quick shopping needs.

Decent Location, Some Drawbacks

The location was definitely a plus. It allowed for easy access to the airport limousine bus. I found that very convenient. The hotel's proximity to the train station really helped simplify my travels. It was also nice that they accommodated luggage storage for the day.
The air conditioning seemed to be centrally controlled. I found that the room became too hot, with the only solution being to open the window. I had difficulty getting assistance with a restaurant reservation. Staff advised me to make it myself using the phone in the room.

My room was very spacious. It easily accommodated my luggage. I appreciated having convenient access to laundry facilities. The hotel has vending machines on several floors. They offer a variety of drinks. I found the staff helpful with luggage forwarding. They made the process simple.

great location vending machines
The location is AMAZING. It is easy to access everything and right by the main station. Parking close by was also available for a very GOOD price. I appreciated the availability of vending machines on different floors and in the reception area.
The air conditioning was central and dried the room air too much. This negatively affected my nights.
